Power tea




The way you start your morning is so important to your well being and more immediately the rest of your day. Having a consistent morning routine makes all the difference.


I've made a new drink, I call it POWER TEA.


GINGER. LEMON. APPLE CIDER VINEGAR. CINNAMON.


Anything with Apple Cider Vinegar in it is enough to make anyone cringe at the taste, but I have found a way to disguise the taste under other flavors and still incorporate it into your diet.


Apple Cider Vinegar helps with your metabolism and weight loss. I started drinking it a year ago twice a day with 8oz of water, but the taste was really concentrated and I would drink it and not enjoy it.


With my POWER TEA you can barely taste it because it is hidden under the lemon and ginger.


I just added this to my daily routine so I am not sure the benefits as of yet, but I imagine it will help with skin, weight loss, morning hydration and more. All the ingredients have a variety of health benefits, so mixing them together only seems like a potion for success. But, I am not doctor or nutritionist.



Power tea

Here's how you make it:


1. You cut about an inch of ginger root and add it to your glass (I use a mason jar because I'm fancy).


2. Cut about 1/4 of a lemon. (AKA Cut a lemon in half, and cut that half in half)


3. Add a dash of cinnamon (not too much because it can burn your throat because it doesn't dissolve well in water.


4. Fill up cup with boiling water (I use an electric tea kettle) and let sit for 5 minutes.


OPTIONAL: to better disguise the taste you can add a teaspoon of agave or honey!
